How to read a creatine gummy label

Creatine gummies can look alike on the shelf, but the labels can say very different things. Here are the numbers worth checking, whichever brand you choose.
1. Creatine per serving, in grams
Look for the amount of creatine per serving in grams, and which form it is (for example creatine monohydrate). A gummy count on its own doesn't tell you much. Brivva lists 3 g of creatine (from 3.3 g creatine monohydrate) per three-gummy serving.
2. Gummies per serving
Some products count one gummy as a serving, others three or more. Check the serving size so you know how many gummies the stated amount refers to.
3. Servings per pack
Divide the total gummy count by the serving size. A Brivva pouch holds 90 gummies, which is 30 three-gummy servings. That makes it easy to work out the price per serving.
4. The full Supplement Facts panel
Read the complete ingredient list, sugars and allergen information on the label, especially if you follow a specific diet. If something isn't clear, ask the brand before you buy. You can always email us for Brivva's full label.
5. The purchase terms
Check whether a price is a one-time purchase or a subscription, and what shipping and returns cost. Brivva has no subscriptions.
