Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.

Shipping costs

• Free standard shipping on orders of $50.00 or more, which includes the Routine Pair and the Three-Pouch Supply.
• Orders under $50.00 ship for a flat $4.99.

Processing and delivery times

Ships in 1–3 business days · US delivery in 3–7 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a tracking link as soon as your parcel ships. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and holidays.

Shipping protection

Shipping protection is available at checkout for a small fee. If a protected parcel is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement at no cost.

Without shipping protection, we'll still help with any lost parcel and file a claim with the carrier for you.

Wrong address?

Email info@trybrivva.com as soon as possible. We can usually update the address if the order hasn't shipped yet.
